About Me

I am a Public Administration and Policy Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Georgia. My research and teaching focus on public budgeting at the state and local level. I am most interested in how local governments are adapting to changing climates and rising seas.

I have had the pleasure of spending my entire academic career at the University of Georgia. I graduated with both my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Georgia in 2018. I had the opportunity to work on downtown strategic planning and environmental policy for Georgia's coast at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government.
